A Glimmer of Hope Crushed by Another Loss

Bullpen Couldn't Contain Raptors

It looked good for the Grand Junction Rockies. They were leading 3-1 going into the sixth inning against the No. 1 team in the division.

But, the bullpen couldn’t contain the Raptors as the Rockies fall 5-3 on Wednesday night. This marks the fourth loss in a row for the Rox and they are all at home.

Their record in the month of August is (4-12) and they are now last in the Pioneer League south.

They will play game two of the four game series against the Raptors Thursday August 22 at 6:40 p.m.
