CMU Men's Golf is in the Endgame Now

The end of the season is upon the Colorado Mesa men's golf team. They have the RMAC Championships at the end of April and hope to make it to the NCAA Tournament following that.

This past season has been up and down for the Mavericks, but they have faired well against RMAC opponents.

"I think we have a lot of confidence going in," junior Ben Nichols said. "We've been competing well with the conference this year. I think if we play to our ability I think we'll compete pretty high in conference."

"Spring season hasn't been what we've hoped for," senior Grant Olinger said. "We all haven't really played that great."

That's why the team has been practicing nearly every day to best prepare themselves for the conference tournament.

"On our own, we're all getting together and working as hard as we can to try to get a ring," senior Brett Krantz said.

The RMAC championships start April 21 and end on April 23 in Chandler, AZ.
