Anderson’s Return “Unlikely”

Local Sports

The Denver Broncos’ run game could use a little facelift, or an entire makeover, but reinforcements don’t appear to be in the cards this season.

The Broncos hoped running back CJ Anderson could make a return for a potential postseason run, but Head Coach Gary Kubiak said Wednesday a return this season is an unlikely scenario.

Anderson has been out since week 7 after tearing his meniscus against the Houston Texans.
