GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Denver Broncos literally fumbled their chance to win at home against the New York Jets on what could have been a game-winning drive.

Russell Wilson steps back with 41 seconds left in the 4th quarter, only to fumble the ball rolling to his left. Jets cornerback Bryce Hall scooped up the football and took it all the way back for a touchdown. New York beat the Broncos 31-21 on a rookie mistake from a veteran quarterback.

Denver travel to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football at 6:15 p.m. A matchup that the Broncos haven’t won since September 17, 2015.
