For the second time of the 2019 season, a Grand Junction Rocky has won Pioneer League player of the week.
After non stop dominance, infielder Christian Koss is this past week’s best player in the Pioneer League.
In a span of six games, Koss went 11-20 with a .550 batting average with three doubles, two homeruns, and 8 RBI’s.
In 13 games this season, Koss has 19 hits, 14 RBI, six walks, and three stolen bases. Not to mention the UC Irvine alum is on a seven-game hit streak.
Catcher Max George was the first player to win Pioneer League player of the week which was back in June.
