Grand Junction, CO – (KREX) The Lady Mavericks had to battle to the end to take game 1 from Regis. Sarah Jorissen gave the Lady Mavericks a 2-1 lead with a two-RBI double in the 3rd. Aislyn Sharpe hit a solo bomb in 6th to give the Lady Mavs a 4-2 lead. Sharpe had 2 hits and 2 RBIs in the game. The Lady Mavs would win in walk-off fashion when Rylee Crouch beat the throw home. CMU wins 5-4 over Regis.
