GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Grand Junction Parks and Recreation will be holding a seasonal hiring event in hopes to fill employment gaps within the city.
The event will take place on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lincoln Park barn, located at 910 North 12th Street.
Grand Junction is looking to fill several open positions with the Parks and Recreation Department, and interested candidates can even apply online on the city’s website before the event.
Available positions range in skill level, qualifications and age requirements, and candidates will be assessed for related experience, equipment and operational skills, per the city website.
