Over the northern and central mountains there is still some lingering snow showers through the evening where mountain tops could still get another 1-2″ of fresh snow accumulation. By Friday afternoon this moisture will be pushed out of the area by a high-pressure system and the western slope can expect sunshine and warmer temperatures for the weekend.
