GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Grand Valley’s Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect during the night. Expect light snow accumulations through the early morning hours along with chilly temperatures. The Grand Mesa has an advisory in place (extended) until 5 am Tuesday.

Wind chill and colder lows/highs will remain an issue through Wednesday. This is just a short term winter blast as temperatures are expected to jump into the lower 40s by the end of this work week.
