GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — More than 100 elementary kids were at the museum with a ton of topics ranging from how ph levels affects how quickly guacamole browns, to how fat content affects the stretchiness of cheese. This is an annual partnership between eureka and D51. Last week judges had the opportunity to score the projects virtually, but nothing beats the day when the youth have the chance to show off their hard work to the public.
