GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Colorado Department of Transportation has closed Mount Evans Road for the 2023-24 winter season.
CDOT officials anticipate reopening Independence Pass on May 27, 2024.
CDOT opened Evans Highway and Independence Pass on May 26 earlier this year.
