Colorado Bill Opening Door for Civil Cases

This new bill for Colorado looks to end the statute of limitations on sexual assault cases in civil court. One of the differences between this bill, and others that have come up in different states, is the inability to act retroactively. This is not included in the Colorado bill because sponsors felt it could cost them votes, and run afoul the Colorado Constitution.
