GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. –

A recent poll put out by porch.com says Colorado is “the most desirable location”. The survey asked US citizens what state they would most like to move to. Colorado beat out Hawaii and California.

Residents KREX spoke with say they are not surprised. They point to the state’s picturesque vistas, and outdoor activities as a major draw. And there did seem to be a recurring theme to the polls top states… An abundance of outdoor activities.

But it’s not just that. A realtor said she gets a lot of clients looking to transplant from coastal states because, by comparison, Colorado is cheaper.
