MESA COUNTY, Colo. — Our community is coming together during this unusual time. Over the weekend, a local Facebook group called Grand Junction Mutual Aid was formed.
This is an open Facebook group to anyone in the community so that folks can help meet each other’s needs. There is no money involved. One of the group’s organizers says people can trade goods with one another which may be running short in stores.
Some group members are even offering to give away goods they have a surplus of.
