As a high-pressure ridge builds over the great basin sunshine and warmer temperatures can be expected for the western slope. Thursday things may shift just a little as a chance for unsettled weather moves into the region.
A high pressure is building over the mountain west, so temperatures and sunshine are expected this week. The end of the work week does have a chance for more winter weather moving into the region.
A high pressure starts to build over Colorado in the next few days meaning temperatures are starting to increase a little. Sunshine also will stick around for the work week.
Higher elevation regions are still expecting snow through tonight. Temperatures will continue to stay below averages until Monday.

Snow accumulations have already started in Delta and Montrose. Grand Junction isn't far behind. The valleys are expecting single digit accumulations through Saturday, but higher regions could get double digits of snowfall.
