Clear skies during the overnight hours will cause our morning lows to be a little cooler today. Clear skies will stick around for the morning, but partly cloudy skies will drift in for the afternoon. The Western Slope will be under a Red Flag Warning this afternoon thanks to gusty winds. Gusty winds are expected to stick around throughout the weekend. Afternoon highs will climb to the upper 70s in the lower valleys thanks to an upper level ridge above us. This ridge will keep us dry through the weekend, but a cold front will move through early next week. We will see chances for thunderstorms for both Monday and Tuesday in the lower valleys and high country. Skies will clear up by the middle of next week.
