A Freeze Watch has been issued for the Western Slope until 9 am Wednesday. Protect your sensitive plants and newly installed or brought online outdoor water systems.
Tomorrow morning’s low temperatures will be 10 – 20 degrees colder that what we woke up to this morning thanks to the cold front that passed through earlier. High pressure will quickly return to the Western Slope causing skies to clear up during the overnight hours. This high pressure system will cause high temperatures to quickly rebound. Highs will return to the 60s for the valleys tomorrow and we will see 70s move in by Thursday. A weak cold front will pass through Thursday night into Friday. This front will not leave much of an impact, but there will be faint chances for isolated showers over the mountain tops during the overnight hours on Thursday. Highs on Friday will get knocked back into the 60s, but they will return to the 70s for the Weekend. Overall expect to see warm and dry weather for the rest of the week.
