Red Flag Warning is in place until 9 pm Thursday, but breezy conditions will remain through midnight.
The weather front responsible for the increased wind speeds Thursday will eventually pass through the region near midnight. The wind speeds will lighten a bit, but remain breezy through that hour and a little beyond. By Friday morning the wind speeds will slow and the sky will clear. Temperature lows will be very close to the average for this time of the year and the bonus will be the Friday afternoon temperatures. Those will also be on the average for this time of the year. Can we call it a “goldilocks” day?
The upcoming weekend looks pretty good for outdoor activities (that includes sitting around the yard). Mostly sunny, dry and warmer than average temperatures with just breezy conditions are expected toward the late weekend period. No record temperatures, but hydrate and protect your skin this weekend.
