Smoke will settle back into the valleys overnight. We will see another smoky start to the day, but chances for afternoon thunderstorms will bring us some relief. The highest chances for these storms will be closer to Aspen and Gunnison. Highs are expected to stay in the 90s. Winds will shift to mostly southerly flow pushing more moisture into the Western Slope. This will cause chances for afternoon storms to increase as we head through the weekend. Rain chances for the more northern parts of the Western Slope will not pass 20% until next week with the heaviest rain expected to fall on Tuesday and Wednesday.
