We will see partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies over the Western Slope today. Morning lows are going to be around our averages with 60s expected in the valleys and 50s over the higher elevations. We will be mostly dry this week. The lower valleys will see a 15-20% chance for light early morning rain showers before sunrise with the higher elevations are looking at similar rain chances for the afternoon. Afternoon highs for the day will be lower 90s and upper 80s in the valleys with upper 70s expected closer to Aspen and Gunnison. Tuesday and Wednesday will be dry with similar temperatures to what we will see today, but rain chances will move in for Thursday. Thursday’s rain will be rather short lived as dry weather will be returning for Friday and the weekend.
