MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) — Firefighters responded to a brush fire in Palisade this Thursday afternoon.
Grand Valley Fire Authority led the firefighting efforts against a blaze in the 300 block of Vino Tinto Lane off 33 1/2 road.
Firefighters had to take preventative action to protect a house in the area. No information has been released on the size of the fire, but officials tell Western Slope Now the fire is now out.
