MONTROSE, Colo. (KREX) — Firefighters are responding to a wildfire in the Uncompahgre National Forest.
The Spring Creek Fire was reported 15 miles southwest of Montrose at around 3:44 p.m. on Sunday, September 10. A GMUG Fire Multimission Aircraft infrared flight estimated the fire to be 16 acres this Monday morning.
The fire is 0 percent contained and not currently threatening any structures.
