We will see a clear start to the day with mostly clear skies expected for the afternoon. Cloudier skies will move in overnight, but rain and snow will stay out of the region for today. Starting tomorrow morning we will see light scattered snow showers move over the San Juans and central parts of the Divide. Once we get into the afternoon we will see chances for some of the showers to move into the Grand Valley. Warmer temperatures in the valley will cause them to see mostly rain, but there will be mixed precipitation and snow showers for the early morning hours. The heaviest showers will start to move in with a cold front overnight Thursday into Friday. This will make Friday the most active day weather wise, and unsettled weather will continue into Christmas and next week.
