Cloudy skies and isolated snow showers moved into the Western Slope during the overnight hours. These snow showers will be extremely light and most of the Western Slope will only see a dusting if they see snow at all. The cloudier skies will cause our morning lows to be slightly warmer. These light snow showers will continue into Saturday afternoon. The low amount of moisture in the air will heavily limit the amount of snow we receive. We are only expect to see a few inches of snow total get added to the higher elevations and minimal amounts in the valleys. High temperatures will drop close to 10 degrees for the weekend. Sunnier skies will move in for Sunday and we will see dry weather for the start of next week. High temperatures will also begin to rebound to above average as we enter March.
