This Halloween, a full moon will shine down from the clear night sky in the Western Slope. Rain will not spoil the fun as clear and dry conditions will carry through the entire day. For socially distanced trick-or-treating purposes we will be in the 50s at 6 pm and the 40s and 30s at 9 pm. Sunday will start November and end daylight savings time. Warm, sunny, and dry conditions will continue into the first full week of November. The next shot at some precipitation will be coming through next weekend.
