We will see another clear and sunny day in the Western Slope. Clear skies are keep our morning lows cold, but they are a few degrees warmer than yesterday. Overall temperatures will continue to warm up as we move through the week. The cut off low over the Baja Peninsula will pull a weak cold front through the Western Slope on Friday. There will be light snow showers over the higher elevations in the Elkhead and Park ranges, but the valleys look to stay dry. Stronger winds will start to move into the region ahead of this front, and will help to break down some of the temperature inversions in the valleys. After the front passes expect to see more sunshine with highs dropping back down to our seasonal normals.
