We will see cloudier skies move in after sunrise this morning on the Western Slope. Afternoon Highs will be cooler than yesterday thanks to a cold front clipping the region. There will be low chances for a few scattered snow showers over the mountain tops, but if you are in either the Grand Valley or higher valleys you will stay dry. Skies will clear up for the end of the afternoon today. High pressure, and an upper level ridge will lock in clear skies and stable air for Friday and the weekend. Highs will rebound up to the mid 40s for the end of the weekend. With the clear skies morning lows will be staying cold, and tomorrow will be the coldest morning of the week. A cold front will move through the Western Slope on Tuesday of next week. The Grand Valley will see chances for some snow showers from this upcoming system. Cold temperatures will return for the middle of next week.
