We will see a little bit more cloud cover move into the Western Slope tonight. This additional cloud cover will cause our morning lows to be a tad bit warmer than what we woke up to today. While our morning lows will still be 5 – 10 degrees colder than normal our afternoon highs will actually warm up to above average temperatures. A weak cold front will pass through tomorrow night. This front will bring a 30% chance for some light snow showers near Aspen, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. We can expect to see 1 – 3 inches at the highest elevations, and a dusting at the higher valleys. The lower valleys will see zero percent snow chances. Thursday’s highs will be a little bit cooler, but the warming trend will continue on Friday. We can expect to see warmer than average temperatures for this weekend.
