We saw clearer skies to start last night over the Western Slope. Thanks to those clearer skies our morning lows will cool down close to our averages. We woke up to cloudier skies as cloud cover started to increase at midnight. Once the sun rises cloud cover will begin to dissipate again. Expect to start the day with mostly cloudy skies and the sun will set with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Afternoon highs will be warm yet again and we will continue to warm up as we head into the weekend. A cut off low off the Coast of the Baja Peninsula will push moist tropical air into the region and that will help full rain and snow chances moving into the weekend. On Friday and Upper level trough will push into the Western Slope bringing significant rain and snow chances to the region. The wet rainy/snowy conditions will last throughout the weekend and into next week.
