A weak front will move through the Western Slope during the late evening and overnight hours. This will cool our temperatures down by 5 degrees across the board. Morning lows will continue to stay on the warmer side of our averages, but they will still be cool and comfortable. Afternoon highs will still be in the triple digits for Grand Junction despite being 5 degrees cooler. Hot clear and dry conditions will continue through the weekend. Moisture will start to build up as we move through next week. Rain chances will start to creep into the lower valleys by Tuesday and the best chance to see showers will be on Wednesday. These rain chances will finally knock our highs back down to our averages by Thursday of next week.
