July 27th Forecast

Isolated thunderstorms cleared up overnight. We will have a clear start to the day with more pop up thunderstorms returning in the afternoon. Morning lows will be near our average. We will see average highs for the northern parts of the Western Slope with below average to the south. Just like last week expect to see more thunderstorms develop in the southern parts of the Western Slope with the heaviest storms expected to form in the San Juans. An upper level ridge will limit our rain potential for the start of the week, but this ridge will push eastward by the end of the work week. After the ridge passes we will have good chances for scattered thunderstorms and rain showers in the valley to close out the work week.
