Clear skies will stick around for the overnight hours. These clear skies will keep our morning lows cool, although they will be warmer than what we saw at the start of the week. We will see sunny skies this afternoon with highs in the 60s for some of the lower valleys. Late Wednesday night/Early Thursday morning we will see a front move through the Western Slope. This front will bring chances for mixed precipitation showers for the lower valleys and snow chances at the higher elevations. Showers will continue through the afternoon on Thursday. Once the sun rises we will start to see snow and mixed precipitation transition into rain showers. These showers will clear up by the evening hours. Thursday’s highs will be close to 10 degrees cooler than Wednesday’s. Temperatures will quickly rebound and the lower valleys will see highs in the 60s by the weekend.
