Last weekend’s cold front did not leave much of an impact on our drought monitor. The only changes to this weeks monitor have been regions of exceptional drought east of Durango and south of Denver have slightly expanded. Another cold front will move through this weekend, however it is also not likely to leave much of an impact. We will see scattered showers Friday night into Saturday over the Western Slope. These showers will not bring much precipitation to the region. Next week is looking to be a dry week as an upper level ridge will limit our rain chances and we will warm up to above average temperatures.
