It will be another cool morning over the Western Slope. Morning lows will once again run at least 10 degrees colder than average. We will wake up to temperatures in the 20s and teens for the valleys and single digits at the higher elevations by Carbondale and Gunnison. Cold temperatures will stick around for the afternoon hours as well. Afternoon highs will once again be mostly in the 40s. There will be slight chances for scattered showers Friday night into Saturday. These showers will completely die down by the evening hours and we will be seeing sunny skies come Sunday. Starting on Monday and upper level ridge will move into the Western Slope and we will warm up to slightly above average temperatures for the start of next week.
