We will have another cool morning over the Western Slope. Morning low temperatures will once again be 5 – 10 degrees colder than normal for this time of year. We will also start to see more cloud cover build up as we move through the nighttime hours. Our afternoon highs will also be cool. Partly cloudy skies will continue through the afternoon and we will see high temperatures mostly in the 40s. Starting tomorrow night a cold front will start to pass through the Western Slope. This cold front will bring chances for scattered snow showers upwards of 30% for Friday night. Saturday afternoon we will see sleet and rain get mixed into these showers in the warmer areas of the Western Slope. By Saturday evening we will see clear skies. An upper level ridge will move into the region after the front pass and we will see warmer than average temperatures for next week.
