We will see anther warm clear day over the Western Slope. Morning low temperatures have continued to warm up as we pushed through the work week. We woke up to temperatures in the 30s for the valleys. Morning lows were 5 – 10 degrees warmer than average. Afternoon highs will similarly be 10 – 15 degrees warmer than average. We will see breezier winds both today and tomorrow afternoon as the upper level ridge that allowed for all this warming begins to shift eastward. High temperatures will mostly be in the 60s, but we see some 70s sprinkled in there. By the end of the week a cold front will approach the Western Slope bringing chances for mountain showers on Friday and widespread scattered showers for Saturday. Skies will clear up and we will cool down to average temperatures for the start of next week.
