November 25th Forecast First

We are seeing a warmer start to the day compared to earlier this week. Morning lows are still freezing in the 30s, but they are still warmer than the 20s we say yesterday and Monday. We will see low chances for scattered snow showers over the higher elevations close to the Divide and the San Juans. If you plan on heading to the front range today expect to see some snow on the roads near the mountain towns for the morning. All of the scattered showers in the Western Slope will clear up this afternoon. The clear and dry weather will last into Thanksgiving. High temperatures will be slightly below our seasonal averages in the mid 40s for the Grand Valley. The cooler temperatures will stick around for the turkey before we start to warm up to the 50s for Friday and the weekend. An upper level ridge will move in and keep the Western Slope sunny and dry for Thanksgiving extending into next week.
