November 2nd Forecast

We will see several light scattered showers through the morning hours. The showers will mostly bring in rain, but above 8000 feet we will start to see some snow chances. The showers will knock afternoon highs down to our seasonal normals in the 50s for the Grand Valley and 40s over the Divide. As we turn towards the afternoon the showers will become smaller and more scattered, but will develop into thunderstorms with heavier rainfall. Most of the afternoon storms will track towards the Divide, but it will still be possible for one to pop up over the Mesa and other higher elevations. High pressure and an upper level ridge will both move in tomorrow ending our rain showers and bringing clear skies for the middle of this week. We can expect to be dry and mostly sunny for most of week, with very low rain chances moving in the Friday.
