Cool overnight lows will made a return to Western Slope. Thanks to a passing cold front our afternoon highs will drop 10 -15 degrees cooler than yesterday. This afternoon expect high temperatures in the 60s for the valleys and 50s at the higher elevations. Unfortunately this cold front is not bringing any rain to the Western Slope. Cool northerly winds will continue to cool our morning lows for Friday. Expect to be waking up to chilly morning with most locations across the Western Slope below freezing. High pressure will begin to build back up again and we will return to the 70s for the valley just in time for the weekend. We will cool down once again at the start of next week.
