We are seeing a cold morning right now on the Western Slope. Clear skies will stick around for most of the Western Slope with a little more cloud cover expected to linger near the Divide. High temperatures will be warmer than yesterday with a few spots in the Grand Valley reaching the lower 50s this afternoon. An upper level ridge will build up over the Western Slope today and tomorrow which will keep passive weather around through the end of the week. High temperatures will climb all the way back into the 60s for the Grand Valley for the holiday weekend. We will stay dry for Halloween for most of the Western Slope, but a cold front will clip Northwestern Colorado which could bring in some lighter rain showers on Sunday morning. We will have higher rain and snow chances moving in for the middle of next week.
