We will have another clear cold night over the Western Slope. Our morning lows tomorrow will be 5 – 10 degrees warmer than today, but they will still be near record breaking. This warming trend will continue into tomorrow afternoon. High temperatures will warm up to the 40s, which is still more than 10 degrees colder than average, but it is much closer to average than the below freezing temperatures we saw all day today and yesterday. High pressure over the Western Slope will allow this warming trend to continue over the next few days. We will continue to warm up 5 – 10 degrees daily moving into the weekend. By early next week we will be back at our average temperatures in the 60s. The high pressure will limit our chances for an sort of precipitation. Expect sunny skies to carry into next week.
