October was a remarkably dry month, only seeing three days with any sort of precipitation. Only one of these days saw more than a trace amount. To be fair it would of been a record amount of rainfall if it didn’t come in the form of snow. In addition to the rainfall record for the 25th being broken, we also set record low temperatures for the 25th – 28th. Outside of the massive cold front that came in the week of the 25th, we saw a very warm month. We did not set any record highs, but we saw 23 days with above average temperatures. With all these warmer days our average high for the month was almost 4 full degrees warmer than the normal. November so far is off to a similar start with above average temperatures throughout the first week, but another cold blast is on the horizon for this weekend.
