Saturday January 23rd Three Day Forecast

We are finally seeing precipitation in the lower valleys this January! Scattered rain, snow and mixed precipitation showers started around 3 pm. These showers will continue throughout the weekend and the greatest intensity will be from midnight tonight til noon tomorrow. Due to the warmer weather we saw this week the lower valleys will be seeing mixed precipitation and rain mostly, and as we move towards the higher elevations we will see less rain and more snow. Sunday night into Monday snow chances will decrease to about 10%. A cold front will move into the Western Slope Monday night into Tuesday morning and we can expect snow chances to return. Our temperatures will be cooling off as we move through the next few days.
