Fall like conditions will rule Saturday afternoon.
Say goodbye to the overcast and soggy conditions from last week. Today is expected to be a near bluebird day with plenty of sunshine and drying conditions. Temperatures will still fall short of the afternoon averages. This morning the Grand Valley was under a Freeze Warning. Cold mornings are still on tap for the rest of the weekend, but not as cold! All eyes are on the middle of next week when another system will swing through the Western U.S. As of now, this storm is trending north and the only impacts are an increase in wind and clouds along with lowering temperatures. The northern mountain will pick up new snow, but the lower elevations of the Western Slope look dry for now.
