Weather

The first weekend of October will have cool starts and mild finishes.

Saturday afternoon there is the expectation of isolated mountain storms. Most of the lower elevations should remain dry, but a slight opportunity for a storm is not to be ruled out late Saturday. Drier and clearer conditions are expected for Sunday and Monday with afternoon temperatures rising to slightly above the seasonal average of 74F for GJ and 72F for Montrose.
Remember to check road conditions before heading out and please have your vehicle winter ready.
