We will see a dry start to the week on the Western Slope. High temperatures will be cooler than last week, but we will still see some 90s in the Grand Valley. We will see chances for pop up afternoon thunderstorms over the higher elevations, but these storms will not drift into the valleys for today. We will see similar weather throughout the work week with temperatures slowly cooling down. An upper level trough will form over the Pacific Northwest which as of now looks to pass just to our north over the weekend. This result will keep us dry for the next seven days, but if it tracks a little further southward we will see rain chances for Friday and the weekend.
