We will see clear skies across the Western Slope today. Thanks to the clear skies our morning lows are a little cooler than yesterday. High temperatures will stay similar to where they have been all week with Grand Junction, Delta and Moab all in the 90s and the rest of the Western Slope in the 80s. An upper level trough will start to build up to our west. As this trough strengthens we will see strong winds for the end of the work week. We can expect to see Red Flag Warnings on the Western Slope for tomorrow with chances for the warning extend into the weekend. Temperatures will gradually cool down over the next few days. Once we turn the corner into next week we will see highs drop into the 70s in the valley for Monday and Tuesday of next week.
