September 28th Forecast

We will see a cloudier start to the day with scattered thunderstorms moving in late this afternoon. Storm chances will last through the evening and overnight hours tonight. A passing cold front will drive these showers for today. Highs for today will only be a few degrees cooler than yesterday, but tomorrow we will see highs in the 50s and 60s for the Western Slope. Storms today are expected to start around 4pm, and the heaviest rain will fall overnight. We will see chances for pop up afternoon storms Thursday-Saturday, but these storms will be weaker than what we see today and tomorrow. Calmer weather will move in at the end of the weekend.
