This weather forecast is brought to you by the word “outside”. As in, spend as much time outside as possible!
Ridge of high pressure will not likely loosen it’s grip on our forecast pattern this week (possibly not next week). Conditions will continue to be mostly clear, dry and mild. Mild is defined by the temperature outlook which will include temperatures that should be running ten or more degrees warmer than the seasonal average. Averages usually run in the middle and lower 40s this time of the year for Grand Junction/Montrose. Tuesday through Thursday could present some record temperatures (tie or set). The dry pattern will also continue as there are little/to no storm opportunities directly impacting the Colorado. Rain deficits exist close to the 3/4 inch mark for most locations.
