Yesterday’s scattered showers gave way for beautiful sunny skies. We will see a dry day today with highs still fairly warm in the mid 70s for the Grand Valley. Clear skies and dry weather will last us through the weekend and into next week. An upper-level ridge will cause a weak warming trend over the next few days. Highs will be in the upper 70s tomorrow, and we will reach the lower 80s in the Grand Valley by the end of the weekend. Rain chances will stay out of the picture for today-Monday.
The next chance for rain on the Western Slope looks to move in for the middle of next week. Chances for valley rain will be spotty at best, and what valley shower pop up will be on the lighter side. Highs in the lower 80s will stick around for most of next week, but we will cool down slightly for next Wednesday and Thursday.
